This lovely Cornish holiday let is located just a stone’s throw from Harlyn Bay Beach, one of the most gorgeous wide stretching beaches in North Cornwall. It was originally a very dark space, which hadn’t been touched in 20+ years, since it was first built. There was poor lighting throughout, a kitchen which was no longer practical for self catering accommodation, and overall was lacking in cohesion and personality. The brief was to totally refurbish the Interior on a sensible budget for long term letting, installing new lighting to make the property feel brighter and larger, replace the existing kitchen and redecorate the whole property to create more of a flow throughout.
The property was completely ripped out, with the entire kitchen being redesigned. The photographs show how dark and unpractical the original kitchen was, and how much brighter and functional it now feels. The kitchen is now a neutral shaker style, a timeless design, with more contemporary wooden worktops. The result is a usable and attractive kitchen, which photographs beautifully, and is especially important for the letting aspect of this property.
