This stunning Cornish holiday let is located just a stone’s throw from Truro, with wide reaching Countryside views, and access to the nearby bustling City. This beautiful Barn has been totally transformed, from the lighting, to bathrooms, through to redecoration and furnishing throughout. The property was originally empty with one occupant living in the space, the aim was to create a 5 star holiday let finish, for Summer 2021.
The Client wanted to invest in high spec finishes to reflect the top end of the holiday let market, this is reflected in the overall finish of the property. We helped redesign the bathroom layouts, refresh the kitchen space, re-carpet with wool carpets throughout, and create ambient schemes for each of the rooms. The Barn is surrounded by gorgeous Cornish countryside, and this was mirrored in the colour palette we used, the artwork selected and the overall textures throughout.
